Retail orders placed between August 10 and August 20 will be processed on the first business day after we return, on Monday, August 22nd. In-stock merchandise will ship on the 22nd; made to order goods will go into production at that time and ship within 3 weeks of that date. In other words, the three week production window begins on the 22nd. Please feel free to email Customer Service with any questions related to order fulfillment. We will have limited phone and email access while on the east coast but we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can.

Wholesale orders placed in this closure window will be processed on the 22nd in the order in which they were received. We’ll be in touch at that time with a fulfillment date.

We’re pleased to be adding these charming wall decals by artist Shanna Murray to the shop. They are available for preorder here, and will be arriving in our store for in-person inspection in about a week.

We are so pleased to be adding a finely curated selection of other household wares to our shop to compliment and enhance our ceramics. Products in the shop are now available for preorder online, and will be arriving at our storefront beginning Monday though our opening date of June 4. You will now find fine tea towels by Studio Patro, sweet letterpress cards by Enormous Champion, and glassware and gardening tools by Roost in our e-shop. We’d like to give a warm welcome to Sprout Home, one of our favorite gardenware destinations. We’ve only had the pleasure of visiting online, but if you live in Chicago or Brooklyn (lucky you) and haven’t stopped in, do it for us!
