Because of the messy nature of clay, more often than not we’re unable to answer the studio phone. Email is the quickest and most efficient way of contacting us, especially in regards to order tracking and returns & exchanges. We’re a small studio with no full-time office staff, but will always respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, most often much less.
