Terms

For opening orders, prepayment via Paypal, credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express) or check is required at the time of order. Production begins upon clearing of funds. Payment upon ship date is available to qualifying retailers for reorders. There is a $500 minimum for opening orders, and a $300 reorder minimum. Minimum quantities per design apply + are stated on our pricelist. As each piece is made by hand to order, there is a 4-6 week minimum (timeline is dependent on volume and our current workload) fulfillment on all orders. We do not drop-ship or offer our products on consignment.

Buyer pays shipping. All orders shipped via UPS. Locally, studio pick-up is available or delivery within the Portland metro area for a small fee. Shipping via postal mail is available as a more economical freight option to our overseas customers. For international orders, duties, taxes, tariffs and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer and are billed to the recipient.
